Good value overall. The S-Bahn is very close, and there are some good restaurants and access to a marketplace right in the same building. You have everything in the area. I’d give it four stars because the bed was quite small and not very comfortable. Not having a proper smart TV also matters a lot to me. I do recommend it 🙂

It’s a cosy, very quiet apartment in a great spot for public transport, with the city just 15 minutes away. There were problems with the hot water and heating, but they eventually got sorted out.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but for the price it wasn’t bad. The walls are thin, so you can hear other people’s TVs. It was handy having games with pizza or pastries on the main level. They were really nice, even though I don’t know any German beyond “thank you.”

The location was handy, next to a train station with service to the city center and free car parking at P+R Karlshorst. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We arrived late at night, but self check-in was quick and easy, and the steps had been clearly sent beforehand by email and WhatsApp.

Had a lovely five days here! Everything we wanted to do was easy to reach, with public transport and Wuhlheide park close by for swimming and music. It was really hot, even with the windows open at night, so I should’ve asked for a better fan. I’d come back and recommend it to friends.
