We couldn't get into the apartment at all, so we had to book another hotel. After payment and confirmation, there were no check-in directions or entry and lockbox codes, and nobody answered our calls or emails. If those details don't arrive beforehand, don't expect to stay. Reception was supposed to be open from 10a.m. to 6p.m. We got there at 2:45 p.m., with check-in advertised for 3p.m., but found nobody. Another guest let us through the gate. We waited at reception for 45 minutes, repeatedly contacting every number and email we had, with no reply. Then we tried a cafe around the corner and waited there too, checking messages and calling again. Still nothing. Terrible experience, and I'd never book here.

The only small drawback was the window looking straight at the Offices opposite, though the roller blinds helped. Otherwise, we had a great stay: the place was quiet, clean and tidy, with the amenities we needed. Check-in was straightforward even though we arrived after working hours, and the location was great, very close to the U-Bahn.

I liked the furniture and the kitchen supplies, and the entrance and building felt secure. It was quiet too. The room had a lot of dust that kept rolling around on the floor. There's black mold in the shower, and the shower door leaks. The walls need another coat of white paint.

The room had plenty of space and large windows with electric blinds that let in lots of light, though the view was just the side of another building. There was a kitchenette with utensils, but despite having room for a proper desk, all they provided was a tiny table. The hotel is newer, nicely decorated and well maintained. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out. Service policies were frustrating. There was no daily room cleaning, and after a few days they wouldn't replace my towels when I asked. The bathroom had no soap either, so I had to request that from reception. They charge 50€ to replace a lost keycard, which seems absurdly high. Nice hotel, terrible service and policies.
