We had a great meal at the restaurant one evening, with excellent food and service in a really nice atmosphere. On our last day, we also enjoyed tea in the lobby. The room was clean and well furnished, and housekeeping brought extra supplies right away when we asked. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly, and got us into our room very early, which we really appreciated after our transatlantic red-eye landed early that morning. The hotel is right at Potsdamer Platz, with easy train and public transport access. It's central too, and we could walk or take the train everywhere we went. We spent three days here at the start of our vacation and had a lovely stay. We don't usually spend on five-star hotels, so this was a real highlight of the trip.

I was at The Ritz-Carlton for a work event, and Doorman Kerem Illhan really came through when I accidentally left my phone in a cab. He noticed quickly and helped get it back. His attentiveness and professionalism went well beyond what I expected. The whole Ritz-Carlton team delivers great service, but Kerem made the experience especially memorable. Thank you!

Pots is a good place for lunch, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Breakfast was decent, though they need more staff for the busy morning rush. Holger was nice, but he was already looking after several tables. The service was good overall. Julia at the front desk was very helpful, and the doorman, whose name I can't remember, was an amazing person with a welcoming smile. The hotel is close to a major train stop, which makes getting around easier, but most tourist attractions are a bit far away, so you'll need cabs or public transport.
