The omelette chef made breakfast feel like an art, with real precision and flair. The omelette decoration was absolutely brilliant, and watching him work was like seeing a seasoned conductor lead an orchestra. At the bar, Benny was cool, charismatic and clearly loved what he does. He made what we think was the finest Martini we can remember, perfectly balanced and served with style. The front office gentleman also deserves a mention. He was professional, and then surprised us by switching into fluent Spanish, which made for a genuinely funny and memorable exchange. From the moment we stepped through the front door, the magnificence of this astonishing Palace gave us shivers. The architecture was elegant in every corner, and the whole place had that refined, wonderful feel. We were delighted to celebrate our anniversary here. The staff were warm, attentive without hovering, and friendly while still polished. Everyone was so cool, and made us feel truly welcome. It had everything we could hope for in a five-star establishment: effortless warmth, impeccable service and delightful hospitality. An outstanding stay, and we left already planning to return.

100€ in cash and my Dior sunglasses were stolen. The hotel doesn't want to take responsibility, and nothing was offered. Be careful, and don't leave cash in the room.

We had a wonderful wedding at the Schloss Hotel in Berlin. The venue is beautiful and elegant, with a special atmosphere, and the food was excellent. Our guests are still talking about it. Sarah Linow and Esther Schlagheck were wonderful to work with through the planning. They were patient, attentive and supportive, and communication was good and consistent. Grit is a gem too. Her warmth and dedication made things run more smoothly, and she made our hotel stay and meals exceptional. A few things went missing on the wedding night, most likely during cleanup, including many disposable cameras and two Polaroid cameras. Losing those items and memories was disappointing and heartbreaking for us as a couple. Apart from that, everything was truly wonderful. The Schloss Hotel is a beautiful venue with a great team, and we're grateful for the memorable day they helped create.

The breakfast was limited and overpriced, and service can be limited too because the team is small. Still, the staff were kind and caring. This is a beautiful, peaceful hotel in greenery just outside Berlin, ideal for spa time and relaxing. The elegant vintage interiors have thoughtful details, and the residential area felt safe. You can really unwind here, with birds chirping intensely all around.
