The pods were pretty good, but the dorm setup needs work. With such open shared bathrooms and showers, getting dressed and showering in a mixed-gender room is awkward. Separate dorms for men and women would make more sense. The rooms also get too hot in hot weather and need better air conditioning. And please include the city tax in the listed price instead of adding it when guests arrive.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the capsule itself was roomy and comfortable. I slept well, so for the price it was decent. The shared bathroom in the eight-person dorm was less spacious than the photos suggested: it had just two cubicles and two showers, and one shower had no tinted door, so privacy was limited. A few locker doors were damaged, and the pillow was basically a duvet stuffed into a pillowcase. The location is very central, though it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro or bus station.

The shared kitchen is large and comes with cookware and tableware, plus a fridge, induction stove, kettle, and oven. Luggage storage before check-in and after checkout is free. In the six-bed dorm, there's a private bathroom with separate shower and toilet, plenty of hot water, good heating, and a hairdryer. Wi-Fi worked well, and there are bedside lights and two power outlets. Towels aren't free. The lockers are big, but my thin wire locks couldn't close them; they need a much thicker lock. One downside is the timing: check-in is at 4 PM, while checkout is at 10 PM.

I'm staying at Singer109 again and got the same pod as last time. The place itself is great, but housekeeping was SO rude. They asked me to check out even though I still have nine nights left. Two hours later, she was still cleaning, and I couldn't use the toilet or even get water while she was in there. Come on! Was I supposed to pee in the bed?
