The Charming by Curt Suites

The location is right in the middle of Berlin, close to everything, and the aparthotel is lovely. The rooms are cute and cozy, and customer support on WhatsApp is quick and efficient. I also liked the automatic door locks, so there’s no key to lose. We did miss face and hand towels, as well as a bath or shower mat. Apart from that, 10/10, highly recommended 🤗

We stayed five days over New Year in the Penthouse appartment, and everyone was impressed as soon as they walked in. It looked just like the pictures, with a great view of the TV tower and lots of space and comfort. The roof terrace was amazing too. Shoppingmalls, Alexander Platz and public transport are an easy walk away. Looking back, we should’ve booked a longer stay.

We had a great stay, starting with the lovely, friendly staff who helped us check in. The location worked really well: museum island is a short walk away, and two tram stops nearby made it easy to get to and from the room, even at night. The rooms feel modern and lovely, with a spacious bathroom and nice showers. You can cook for yourself there, though we didn’t. I really liked the fit out, especially the mat black light switches. Their web app also made it easy to get into the room and luggage room. We could drop our bags off before check-in, then leave them there until 11pm after checking out at 11am, which was much appreciated since our flight was later. Curt runs the coffee shop downstairs. It was a great way to start the day, with friendly staff, lovely coffee and tasty bagels. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Berlin, and we’re already planning a summer trip. Thanks, guys.

There’s plenty of room for a family of four, and the layout is well thought out. The bathroom is quite large, and the soundproofing works well. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery walking along the river toward Museum Island. There’s no parking on site, but finding street parking nearby was very easy. I’d pick this place again on my next visit to Berlin.
