The Social Hub Berlin

I forgot my electric toothbrush in the room after leaving, and Diana S. was incredibly helpful and friendly in arranging to have it shipped back. She communicated quickly and professionally, and the whole process went smoothly. Thanks again for the support. The Social Hub Berlin had a pleasant atmosphere, and my room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I'd gladly stay here again.

The location is excellent for getting around. The train and metro are close, and Alexanderplatz is about a ten-minute walk away. I liked the social atmosphere, the bar, and the lobby, where guests can help themselves to fresh fruit. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with smoothies every morning and very good coffee. The restaurant stays open until 22:00, and the service there was excellent. Reception staff were friendly, and self check-in lets you activate your own room key, which is handy. There are enough elevators, and housekeeping did a very good job. The room was good too, with a comfortable bed that felt spacious for a queen, a nice bathroom, and soundproofing that kept out the street noise. I'll choose this hotel again whenever I visit.

The people here are attentive, welcoming, and really make the place stand out. I've stayed at many hotels across Germany. The facilities are usually good, but hospitality and human connection are often what's missing. Here, my time in Berlin was made much better by the customer service. Special thanks to Morgane, Michel, and Mirel (Spanish). My experience at the Social Club was amazing. The rooms were excellent, and everything in F&B was top quality, from the coffee and food to the service. I'd honestly give it five stars. Staying here gave me a whole new perspective on hospitality in Germany.

The location is good, and check-in and checkout were easy. The rooms are small but comfortable. I came in winter and found that the A/C in my room was broken. I reported it late at night and was told someone would come look the next day. I asked for a portable heater or an extra blanket, but they had neither. A hotel without a spare blanket? Winters here are cold.
