We ordered drinks in the lobby and carried them to our table ourselves. Later, as we were heading up to our room, a female employee spoke to us arrogantly and told us to bring back the empty cup. We did it straight away without arguing, but the way it happened made us feel awful. I’m never coming back to this hotel. 23-10-2025, 20:45

After we checked out, we asked if the hotel could hold our luggage for a few hours and left it with reception. We’d stayed at Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Prenzlauer Berg from 24-28 September 2025. When we got home and opened my boyfriend’s suitcase, a brand-new perfume still in its sealed package was missing. A small black pouch of his had been opened too, and the perfume inside had been taken, leaving the pouch open. His things were under the hotel’s care, so this is completely unacceptable. There’s no security or trust here. We’ve tried calling the hotel but can’t get through, and nobody has responded.
