That view from the tower is something else, with a knight up there too. The castle itself feels like a dream, and the owners are so friendly. The place is spacious, with Wi-Fi and a washing machine. There’s a lovely park, and free parking even if you arrive by carriage.

My three boys and I loved it. The view from the tower was wow! It’s quiet and makes a great place to unwind, with shops and things to do nearby. The property is beautiful and interesting, and very well cared for. Everything we needed for a holiday was there, and it was clean and tidy. The owners are really friendly, easy to reach, and quick to reply.

We slept really well and felt at home straight away. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and dishes you need. There’s a lovely roof terrace with a great view, plus a garden with lots of places to sit. Watching the sunset from the castle tower was lovely. Our grandson also enjoyed the petting zoo next door. The landlord was very friendly, and the sights are easy to get to by car.

The castle hall is a lovely place for a concert. Niklas Oldemeier was magnificent on the piano yesterday. I bet it’s even prettier in summer when the park is open.

The view was fantastic, and the landlord was friendly and helpful. We stayed a few nights at the Ulrichshusen vacation apartment in February 2023 and were thrilled with how peaceful it was. We slept long and well, and the mattresses are top-notch. We’ll be back.
