Waldorf Astoria Berlin

The concierge were excellent and really helpful, with great knowledge of dining, transport, things to do, and places to see. Reception staff were warm and friendly too. Our large room had two double beds, a table and chairs, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. It was cleaned daily. The only letdown was the cocktail bar. It was very expensive, the drinks had no decoration or presentation, and it was quite loud.

Breakfast was crazy good, with loads of choice and eggs made to order. Try the Eggs Florentine. The breakfast team gave amazing service, and we also had great service over drinks in the bar. Check-out was smooth and attentive to the details. I spent the weekend here with friends, and the whole stay was a pleasure from arrival to departure. The valet was there when we arrived, the room was ready, and check-in was easy. The room had a fantastic view over Tiergarten, and the hotel is close to everything. Thanks to the Waldorf team for a memorable stay!

We come back every year. I can’t think of another Berlin place with such a feel-good vibe. The rooms are beautifully designed, the service is impeccable, and breakfast is the best I could dream of.

The location was perfect, right across from the station and next to the Christmas markets. The hotel was so lovely, with very spacious rooms and kind, excellent staff. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
