The staff deserve five stars. They’re usually friendly, available, and helpful. The rooms are clean, fairly new, and thoughtfully laid out, with air conditioning throughout. I just wish they had fridges. Coffee and other hot drinks are available for guests around the clock. The food choice is simple but enough, and the accommodation is neat and comfortable. A good spot for a proper rest, or a temporary place to work if, like me, you need plenty of coffee.

I was here for work and didn’t expect much, but the hotel turned out to be modern, clean, and quite nice. The room was spacious, though a few well-used areas could use touching up. The bed was okay, but the mattress felt a little hard to me. The bathroom was very clean, and the small breakfast was fresh and good quality. It’s also well located, with several restaurants nearby if you’re on foot.

We turned up late without booking, and the young man at reception really went out of his way to get us checked in. Big thanks to him for the great service. The room was nice, breakfast was okay, and the kitchen staff were friendly and helpful too. Thanks to everyone for making the visit pleasant. Greetings from Finland 😊

Parking may be a bit tricky, but we arrived early and had no trouble. The location worked really well for us in Bernau. The hotel and rooms are new, clean, and quiet, breakfast has a decent choice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s good bicycle parking too. Laundry is reasonably priced and they handled quite a large load for us, although it took a while.
