You feel at ease as soon as you arrive, thanks to the owners. They’re the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and their friendliness can lift any mood. The rooms feel so homey, like visiting my gran on the farm. It’s clean and well equipped, though it might not be the Hilton. It’s a 30min walk to the bus station or about 5min by car to the nearest store. Waking up to birdsong and nature really sets up my day. If you want a quiet, peaceful place to decompress from busy Berlin, this is it. There’s free Wi-Fi if it gets too quiet. I’ll definitely come back.

The yard is scattered with trash, and the property is completely cluttered with junk now. It’s noisy, too. The photos are misleading. This place is extremely run-down, and €15 per night would be the most I’d consider acceptable. The only bright spot was a nice older receptionist. I wouldn’t recommend going there, and if you do, stay one night at most.

There are plenty of parking spaces and the location is convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night. The outside area is messy and smells strange, strongly of wet dog, and the hallway and stairwell are musty. The room was okay, though partly dirty, with stained walls and ceiling. In the shared bathroom, cables were hanging out of the wall and the sink was EXTREMELY small. The shower, toilet, and sink are all in one room, so it’s unavailable to everyone else whenever someone showers. There’s only one toilet. The walls are a bit thin, and with the window open you can hear the highway. It might work for one night as emergency accommodation.
