This was my second stay, and now I wish I’d gone somewhere else. The bar and restaurant were CLOSED Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, even though there were over 40 guests at breakfast. My room was a suite in the VILLA, nice enough, but there was NO AIRCON. Mosquitoes ate me alive all evening. I got only 2-3 hours of sleep, and had bites on my hands, arms, legs and upper body. The drive back to Calais was very uncomfortable!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, whether you’re travelling for business or pleasure, as I was. The rooms are old and smell musty, and the grounds are neglected. The juice in the room was expired.
