Aiden by Best Western Biberach

Santiago Riofrio is a warm, attentive host, and the restaurant service was outstanding. Reception was excellent from the moment we arrived. The rooms are clean and well organized, though there isn't much room for clothes.

For a business trip, it had everything I needed. Comfortable, practical, and clean.

The staff were so welcoming, and the hotel is in a handy spot by the station, close to the city center. There's parking nearby as well as the hotel's own lot. Breakfast was good, and the new building has nice, clean, spacious, cozy rooms. I'd happily recommend it.

I expected basic comfort after choosing Aiden by Best Western Biberach, but my room was freezing. I had to sleep in all my clothes, winter jacket included, just to keep warm during my Monday-to-Thursday stay. I brought it up with reception several times. They were rude and unhelpful, ignored what I was saying, and neither fixed the heating nor offered another solution. The service and attitude were unacceptable, especially from a hotel I booked trusting the Best Western name. I'm surprised that kind of customer care is accepted under that brand. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Think carefully before booking if you expect even basic comfort or professionalism.
