The breakfast and other amenities were excellent, and the staff we met were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and relaxing, with everything well appointed and impeccably clean. We had a pleasant stay from beginning to end and would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable visit.

The rooms were clean, and you can park for free behind the hotel. Nice place and nice staff. The Wi-Fi was the one letdown, either unreliable or extremely slow. It's a little outside the city, but there are shops and other things nearby, and the tram is an easy 5-6 minute walk.

We'd been asleep since 11 p.m. and hadn't heard any noise, so getting a call at 4:30 in the morning telling us to keep it down was baffling. I have no idea why they were randomly calling rooms at that hour. If you want a good night's rest, this isn't the place.

We stopped for the night on our way back to Sweden after hiking in the Mosel valley. The restaurant was good and the service excellent. Breakfast was decent, though a bit smaller than what we've been used to at other hotels. I missed hot options like bacon, eggs, and sausages.

The rooms are just okay, and breakfast is very basic but acceptable. The hotel is a little outside the city center, though the location works. Free parking is available behind the hotel, and you can get a lunch bag instead of breakfast, which is a nice option.
