The room was spacious, with a writing desk, good lighting, and ventilation. Everything I needed was clean, especially the floor, bedding, and toilet. There was a cooking area with a dual stove, pots and pans, detergent, and a small fridge. The shower area could have been bigger, though. There's no air conditioning, so keep that in mind for summer, and the lift doesn't quite reach my floor, leaving a few stairs to climb. Older guests may want to note that. It's just outside the main shopping area, with shops and public transport less than a five-minute walk away. There isn't a reception desk or concierge, so I gave service three stars, but they replied to my email quickly. One small bottle of mineral water was provided, and guests shouldn't be allowed to smoke in the common corridor. Toothbrushes could be provided or sold in a vending machine. I had one pillow, with no spare in the closet, so I had to call the front desk. Thanks for the small fridge and for making my stay so pleasant. Kelvin from room 206 (30th - 9th April 2025)

The design looks really good, and the location is excellent, right in the city center. But the heating was off between 11 pm and 5 am, so the nights got really cold. Cooking also set off the fire alarm because the heat and smoke had nowhere to go, with no cooler hood.

The rooms are great, creatively decorated, and the rate is affordable for such a central location. On warm nights, though, it gets hot, and the street is too noisy to leave the window open. I really missed having air conditioning.

Good value for a short visit. Towels, soap, a kettle, and a hotplate were provided, and the room was serviced every other day. Check-in is available around the clock, which worked well when I arrived in town on the last train.
