EDIT: They refunded me and cancelled the rest of my stay, which I appreciated. I did spend one night there, and the booking probably wasn't meant to be refundable. I can't recommend the hotel, but their service was great, and I've heard from other people who seemed to like it. The room looked and smelled awful, the worst I'd experienced since travelling in Siberia. Even though I'd prepaid, I decided to move hotels first thing in the morning.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean, though nothing special. The location is amazing, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone.

Breakfast was a good quality spread with plenty of variety. You could also ask for freshly made scrambled or fried eggs, or hot chocolate. The hotel is modest, but the rooms were clean and the service was good. It's only a five minute walk from the train station, with the old city and good restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was especially good, and everyone was friendly. The hotel doesn't look like much, and the rooms aren't fancy, but they're functional and very clean. It's good value in a prime location, and I'd come back. It can get a little noisy outside when the late night owls are around.
