FLATLIGHT - Perfect For 4 - Kitchen - Parking - Netflix

Bright Reservations made booking a horrible experience for us. They required me to upload photo ID online before confirming the reservation, even though it was already paid through ICS, and I couldn't get the key code until then. Uploading the ID was difficult because of internet problems, and by that point cancellation wasn't possible. I didn't receive the code until the day we arrived at the apartment. Once there, the internet still wasn't working. I'd asked Bright Reservations for a landline number in case of trouble, but nobody could be reached on it. Luckily, before leaving home I'd found the owner's number on the private website. I reached someone who was unfriendly and spoke German that was almost impossible to understand, and eventually got the code. Why not email the code a day ahead, after all the required steps are done and the ICS invoice is paid? We'll never book online using a key code again. We want an actual person to meet us at the holiday address and hand over the key. Martin and Jeanette

The place was acceptably clean, but cooking with a pan was barely an option because the only pan was very, very small. The internet and TV didn't work, and two calls to different people responsible for the issue changed nothing. I won't come back.

There's lots of room in this lovely apartment. I found it a little hard to fall asleep, but otherwise it was a nice vacation rental and I'd recommend it.
