They charged us 200Eur more and nobody could explain why. I wrote to them and never got a reply, then tried calling, but no one answered. They barely speak any language besides German. Terrible service.

The location is beautiful, but I wouldn’t recommend this park as a foreigner. They also charged extra costs that weren’t shown on the website or booking form.

The staff were kind and went out of their way to make our stay special. It’s a truly upscale resort on what they called the cleanest lake in germany!
