I stayed for three days on a business trip in July 2016. The staff were friendly and competent, and there was plenty of free parking off the street. My room was quiet, on the opposite side of the building from the beer garden and restaurant. The hotel has only a few rooms, which seemed to have been renovated within the previous year; mine was functional and spotless. WiFi was included and worked well. It's almost central, and the main train station and Bielefeld's main sights are within walking distance. If you like an early swim, Freibad Wiesenbad is just 300 m around the corner. This public outdoor pool opens at 06:00 AM during the summer months.

The place was clean and nice, and the menu had lots of different dishes to choose from. The chef, Momo, does a good job, and the food was good.

Bobby, the owner, deserves a special mention. He's so friendly, attentive, and cheerful, and just a lovely person. He makes you feel more like a friend than a guest. The food at Entrada Bielefeld is also fantastic, always fresh, full of flavor, and cooked just right. You can tell quality matters here. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The owner was unfriendly and seemed disorganized, and the rooms were very noisy. You could hear people walking down the hallway, and the windows could use better glazing. The worst part was being asked to pay twice for the night. The rooms had already been paid for, but he still asked my companion for the rate in cash.
