Terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying again. The heater in my room wasn't working. I messaged the woman on WhatsApp about it, and although she saw the message, she didn't reply. I'd also called first to ask if I could check out late at 14:00. The woman agreed, and I agreed to pay extra. After I paid, she told me on the phone to check out at noon instead. She even sent two people to knock on my door at noon to get me out. Very disappointing and dishonest.
