B&B Hotel Düsseldorf-City

The staff were attentive and ready to help, and check-in and checkout were easy. The hotel was modern, impeccably clean, and well organized, with a central location that made it easy to walk everywhere. It was very reasonably priced, and all the amenities we needed were close by. A wonderful stay.

We keep enjoying our stays at B&B, year after year. It's convenient and affordable for our day-to-day coming and going, and it continues to meet our expectations. The customer-friendly staff make our stays memorable. Such a fun place for a getaway!

The air purifier and odor machine in my bathroom was extremely noisy. During the day, with things going on, it was loud but bearable. At night, when everything was quiet, it became really annoying and there was no way to ignore it. It usually took one to two hours to shut off, so I lost that much sleep waiting for it to stop. After it finally did, I could still hear cars passing and people talking outside because the windows weren't thick enough. I got up twice to check they were properly closed, but the street noise still came through easily. I stay at other B&B hotels regularly, and I know they can have quieter machines and better soundproofing.

Drilling and banging from construction below went on through the day. The lift worked, but workers often held its doors open, so we ended up taking the stairs. The room was really small, with no kettle, and I wouldn't call this a great place.
