LÉGÈRE HOTEL Bielefeld

The central location was handy, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Our room was small but practical. There were a couple of downsides: the carpets in the rooms and hallways need cleaning, and you can hear people talking outside the entrance in the evenings. Also, the shower has clear glass on every side, which may feel uncomfortable if other guests are in the room.

We went to Bielefeld's Christmas market during our stay and really enjoyed it. The hotel is right in the city center, with modern, comfortable rooms and easy parking. Breakfast was good, although the vegan choices were a bit limited. LÉGÈRE HOTEL Bielefeld is a great place to stay.

The location is really convenient if you're arriving by train: it's a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof, the pedestrian mall, and the old city. Bielefeld also has a surprising number of shops and restaurants, more than some much larger cities. I was especially impressed by how the staff handled an internet problem in my room. I had checked in early for Zoom meetings, and when I told the front desk, the agent quickly brought in the hotel technician and went along to translate. They found an issue and moved me to another room right away. Most hotels would just shrug and say nothing could be done. The new room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, a distinctive modern design, and cool lighting. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented, and the staff there were pleasant too.

The restaurant was fantastic, and its staff were very friendly. Breakfast was brilliant too. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly. Good dhow.
