Gästezimmer Fischerstüberl

We stayed the night while passing through and found the atmosphere very pleasant. The service was excellent, and I'd highly recommend both the restaurant and the accommodation.

We stopped for a drink at this restaurant, right beside the river hiking and cycling path. It has a lovely, spacious terrace. Since it was afternoon, we got the impression the staff might not have been quite ready to serve yet.

We felt right at home at the Heller Restaurant Fischerstüberl and would definitely recommend it. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and check-in was easy. Our room was very good, and we had a lovely stay. As vegetarians, we were especially pleased that the owner cooked us a fresh, delicious dinner in the Fischerstüberl's beer garden. It was reasonably priced, and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was served at the table, with plenty to choose from: different fresh rolls, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese (including sausage 😃), juice, and more. The breakfast server was incredibly friendly and attentive too. The only letdown was the coffee, though that's a matter of personal taste.

The inviting dining room and very friendly, exemplary service made for a lovely evening. We brought our campervan to the Heller Restaurant Fischerstüberl for dinner, right on the Danube, and the food was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely stop again on our next trip along the river. Thank you!
