We arrived pretty late, and they were able to accommodate us, which was really good. The place was very clean and had room service. Breakfast was OK, fairly standard but healthy. When it was time to pay and leave, though, we weren’t sure what to do. The front door was locked, and we couldn’t find any signs.

The hospitality was the highlight. I checked in after 23:00 with no issue, and even though the restaurant had officially closed well before, my friend and I were still allowed to sit down for a few drinks. After checkout, they also made me food an hour before the restaurant opened because I had a train to catch. I travel a lot, and this was some of the most helpful, accommodating staff I’ve come across in a long time. The hotel itself is decent, around 3-3.5 stars. The rooms aren’t huge, but they’re roomy enough. I really liked the cosy restaurant and the food was great. Honestly, one of the best Viennese Schnitzels I’ve had. Thanks so much for a great stay!

We found a table easily when we went on New Year’s Eve, and it usually isn’t crowded. It’s a typical German bar with plenty of outdoor space where you can enjoy a meal or a beer. The outside area is very well maintained. I recommend it.

I’ve stayed at the hotel twice, once for a month and then for three weeks. The room has always been clean, and the food has been very good each time.
