We stayed just one night and really loved it. Stimbekhof is tucked near the forest, with fresh air, quiet, and a relaxing feel. It doesn't feel like a typical hotel, and the staff are so friendly and attentive. Every detail seems well cared for. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and beautifully presented. A special place to unwind and be close to nature.

The rooms were adorable and very clean. Since we have pet hair allergies, we really appreciated how much effort they made to accommodate us. The welcome, flexibility, and kindness made us feel at home, and the place felt cozy and traditional. Breakfast was top notch too. Everything was amazing, and we'll definitely return next summer.

The food was tasty, with a reasonable range of options, and the staff were kind and helpful. Stimbekhof's buildings bring together carefully restored old details and modern amenities in an understated way. Close to Hamburg and right beside a nature reserve, it suited a conference, workshop, breakout session, or short getaway. A real gem and a very pleasant experience.

We had an unforgettable two-night stay, thanks to the warm atmosphere, tasteful rustic interiors, and good wine. The hotel is lovely, the staff are extremely friendly, and its location in the middle of Lüneburger Heide (Lüneburg Heath) is convenient. We'd love to come back one day.

The rooms have lovely interiors, and the buildings are beautiful. It's a quiet spot with friendly staff and good food. The shower could use improvement: it only has an on/off button, and when it's on the water comes out in a large amount at almost painful pressure. Cleaning could also have paid more attention to detail.
