Adler Hotel Restaurant

We hadn't planned on dinner, but watching people enjoy the early evening outside made us change our minds. We couldn't decide between the choices, so we split a burger and salad, and both were really tasty. The menu also has some tempting local dishes, so we'll try those next time. Our waitress was friendly and more than made up for our lack of German. Inside, the restaurant is bright, clean, and decorated in a nice modern style. We may sit in there on our next visit. Prices are very good for the food and service.

The food is very good, with both Swabian and Balkan dishes on offer. I especially loved the wines, particularly the reds. They come from the Balkans, a great wine region, and each has its own character. I'd highly recommend stopping here when you're in Blaubeuren.

The service was professional and really friendly, and the prices were good. There’s a nice range of Balkan and German specialties. I enjoyed the Balkan-inspired dishes, and the Spätzle with mushroom sauce and meat was delicious too.

The food was so delicious, and the staff were kind and professional. I first came because of the great reviews and those Instagram photos that made me hungry, and I'm really glad I did. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Keep it up!
