The tennis coaching was why I came, and Markus was easily the best coach I've had across all the tennis holidays and camps I've visited. If you're already a competent player, he can make a real difference to your game in a single week. I learned a lot. The hotel sits in a beautiful area, with mountain and forest views and great routes for walking and cycling. Standards throughout the hotel are high. At breakfast each morning, you choose your dinner for later, and I always enjoyed the tasty, healthy dishes. The rooms were clean and tidy, with satellite TV. The spa was kept very clean too, with a pool, steam room, and two saunas included. Everything was excellent. If you're thinking of coming after reading this, go for it. You won't regret it! 👍👊🎾

My brother and I mainly came for the Tennis Camp, where former tennis pro Markus coached us. We had very different skill levels, but both came away feeling we'd learned a lot. He was really nice, and so was the whole staff. The hotel is in a beautiful setting, with great nearby trails for walking and jogging. Everything else was good too: clean, tasty food, and a nice pool that was mostly empty. We're regular eaters, though, so we can't comment on the fasting side of things.

I had a really enjoyable week-long stay at Fasten, Tennis, Wellness - Ödhof. Markus's tennis coaching was incredible. Thanks for teaching me the right way to play serve and volley. I learned so much!

It's a quiet spot at the end of a street by the edge of the forest, and the hotel has a relaxed, family-run feel. You can stay in a hotel room or an apartment, with a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There's a sauna, steam bath, pool, a small gym, and indoor and outdoor tennis courts with lessons available.
