They closed the hotel early, so I couldn't check in. Since then, neither the hotel nor Booking has contacted me, and I haven't been able to reach them. They took my money and won't return it. I'd tell people to avoid this hotel and book somewhere else through another platform.

I had a really nice stay. The bed was good, and the bathroom was spacious. The rooms felt new and looked great, and the hotel is right in the center of Bocholt. Looking forward to staying again.

Breakfast was lovely, especially the scrambled eggs. The bathroom was great, the beds were good, and there were different pillows to choose from. The staff were super friendly too. Really nice!

We booked at 15:00 and called the owner to ask if we could arrive later that night. He waited for us and was very helpful and friendly. The people working there were friendly too. Thank you.
