I really loved this place during my two-week stay. The only thing I’d change is how quickly the room cleaners open the door after calling “Zimmer Service!” Sometimes it was only about six seconds before they opened it, lol. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

There’s no guest kitchen or fridge, and the room window was locked so it only tilted open a little at the top. That made it harder to get fresh air in during the morning. Still, everything was clean, and the location is great, near the hbf and city center. The breakfast was great too. I also appreciated the very large lockers with clothes hangers, and being able to leave my baggage for half a day so I could enjoy the festival longer.

The single room was clean and convenient, with a single bed, and breakfast was good. You can walk to the train station. It’s a bit pricey for what it is, though the other nearby hotels cost even more.

After traveling for many hours, I arrived tired and found a small shared room with several beds and a half-naked man. I had reserved a private room with a private bathroom. When I went back to the receptionist to explain the mistake and that I needed a private room for work travel, he didn’t seem to care. He offered a private room for almost double what I’d paid. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told the manager was on vacation. I had to find a hotel at short notice and pay more than planned. I’m planning to report this to the consumer rights authority. This is not a hotel.
