I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s an inexpensive hotel in a very quiet neighborhood, handy for a night’s rest on a longer trip, and the multilingual staff are helpful. If you need to cancel, do it online. I cancelled by phone once and they later said I hadn’t called, so they wouldn’t refund me. I eventually sorted it out by sending them my phone bill, but that took time and money because I had to make international calls.
