The view across the village to the mountains was stunning, and the apartment at Haus Elisabeth was furnished with so much care that we wanted for nothing. We spent two wonderful weeks there in Bodenmais this January. Mrs. Hutter was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available. We'd love to return! Tanja and Markus Roch

The house is wonderfully quiet, and you can barely hear the other guests. It has a great view over Bodenmeier, with parking right on the property, and the center is only a 10-minute walk away. This was our second stay in the modern holiday apartment, which had been completely renovated some time ago. Mrs. Hutter, the landlady, is extremely kind and accommodating, and the apartment has everything you could need. I highly recommend her holiday home and am already looking forward to another vacation here. B. Plassmann

The views of the Arber and Silberberg mountains are lovely, and the apartment is in a very quiet location. The beds have adjustable headboards, which is handy. I'd definitely stay here again.

The AktivCARD, provided free by the hosts, lets you use more than 130 leisure facilities in the Bavarian Forest at no charge, which is a real financial advantage. The large lawn has sun loungers, there's a barbecue, and children can use the box of games and toys. There's also storage for bicycles and skis. Our week at Haus Elisabeth exceeded expectations. Mr. Hutter gave us a very warm welcome, and apartment No. 5 was spacious, modern, and comfortably furnished. We slept well in the comfortable beds, though we never got around to using the large flat-screen TV. The living room also has a sound system. The kitchen was fully equipped, the modern bathroom has a shower, and the huge balcony was a lovely extra. Many thanks and all the best to the Hutter family!
