ipartment Boeblingen @HOME by Best Western

After 6 pm, the shower gave us cold water even with the knob turned toward hot. It was winter. I reported it, but was told nobody was on site over the weekend and they would look into it on Monday, two days later. Going without hot or even warm shower water in winter is unacceptable. I've never run into this in standard apartments in Germany, let alone a studio or hotel. I wouldn't recommend this apartment. If you're considering a long stay, check the shower water before committing.

The rooms and amenities are good, and the location is great, but the WiFi is abysmal. It's incredibly frustrating if you need to work or stream movies. They recently installed a new WiFi network, and it made things even worse. It feels like iPartment knows about the problem and isn't doing anything. For reference, the WiFi speed test photo is out of 100Mbps. Bring a Starlink if you need internet.

We spent three months here while looking for an apartment in Germany, and would stay again. The location is very nice, close to the S-Bahn and a shopping center. Our room was well designed and maintained, and the building was nicely heated. Most of all, the office staff were kind, helpful, and good at finding solutions.

The location is perfect, close to Böblingen Railway station and near Rewe, Mercaden, Poco, and other malls. The taxi stand is nearby too, and e-scooters are easy to find. Flugfeld is fun. The kitchen is good, and the staff are pleasant and always helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.
