Villa Sanddorn - Ferienwohnungen

We spent a week here and found the apartment modern, with most of what we needed. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped, though, and we had to clear lots of spiders from the ground-floor balcony. The washing machine in the laundry room, which the rental company provides, was out of order. When we raised it, there was no alternative offered, only that a repair person would check it soon. We later sent fair feedback by email. Management acknowledged it but didn't show interest in following up on our satisfaction or on whether we'd visit again. Customer engagement felt very unambitious :(
