The garden is a really pleasant spot, and there are lots of nearby restaurants and takeaway options. The village also has three large grocery stores and a pharmacy. The pension has modern, clean rooms. At first I assumed it was new, but it’s simply been looked after very well.

The Süß family made everything easy for our family reunion at Meyers in Böhlen, and their hospitality was lovely. We had everything we needed for a cozy gathering inside or out, as well as for a comfortable night afterwards. We were absolutely thrilled and would happily return.

It was easy to sort out our own meals. There’s a great bakery about 200 meters across the market square, just right for breakfast, and a supermarket next door. The lakes are nearby too, and the S-Bahn goes straight to Leipzig Central Station. We felt very comfortable at the guesthouse, and the whole family was incredibly welcoming. They even let us bring our cat. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

On our second visit, we were just as satisfied as before. The owners were friendly and helpful, and we’d gladly recommend the guesthouse. The S-Bahn is a five-minute walk away, with great connections to Leipzig. There’s parking in the courtyard, and a supermarket and bakery are three minutes away on foot. The bakery also serves breakfast. Our room and bathroom were modern and very clean, and the kitchenette was practical and had enough for self-catering.
