Apartment Ramersdorf

It’s a quiet area, and you can still get to the city and plenty of activities without much trouble. The hosts were lovely and offered suggestions for places to visit. Shops and restaurants aren’t close by, so it makes sense to pick things up after going to Bonn centre or Königswinter, both easy to reach on tram 66.

The accommodation itself was great. Leaving was stressful, though, because I worried about being charged if I didn’t leave everything perfect, even though there weren’t any cleaning supplies or a vacuum. I’d give it 4 1/5 stars.

The room was nice, but I wouldn’t suggest this apartment hotel to anyone after my experience with the man living there. He couldn’t speak English, and he complained about the room’s condition even though I was paying for it. When he came with a paper, he only knocked and didn’t say who he was, which frightened me as a tourist. He kicked the door several times and grunted as he left. Later I’d forgotten my key at a friend’s house. I apologized, but he looked angry and came into my room instead of simply letting me in. He complained that the lights were on, then slammed the door hard when he went out. He seemed psycho to me.
