It's a cute little hotel, small but cozy, and the staff were very kind. The rooms were good too. The station, town and Rhine River are all close, so there isn't much walking involved. There's no air conditioning, and it can get very hot, but the fan they provide does a good enough job.

We stayed here on a business trip to Bonn, and it was a nice place for work travel. Breakfast was good too. The only issue was unstable Wi-Fi throughout the complex, which cut out very often.

Breakfast was bread, cheese, ham and a drink, if you were lucky. The rooms are basic, with no air conditioning, and be ready to climb many stairs. There isn't parking, and staff gave us incorrect information about it, directing us to a private business next door even though there are pay-and-display bays. Above all, this was the most unfriendly hotel we've stayed at in Germany. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. We won't be back. Most German hotels are great, but this one wasn't.

The room was clean, a good size and nice to stay in, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast costs weren't clear. The location is very good, with easy access to the main part of Bonn, though the lack of elevators could be an issue.
