Platzhirsch Hotel

We had a smooth checkout after three nights, and our late check-in had been quick and easy too. The real drama came later: our daughter left her stuffed animals behind. The staff turned the room upside down, found them, and mailed them to us. Thank you, Platzhirsch team, you're amazing! The hotel is in a fantastic spot on a shopping street with lots of different restaurants. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom was lovely and clean as well. Breakfast was included and very good, plentiful, and varied. The reception ladies were so friendly and kept refilling the buffet before it ran out. Keep up the great work!

I had to leave early and gave them short notice, but they didn't charge me for the final night. The service was excellent, the place was very clean and modernly furnished, and I felt well looked after. It's a modest hotel right in the pedestrian zone, with parking spaces out front. I can absolutely recommend it and will be back.

The hotel is right in the middle of the pedestrian zone, and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is plentiful. The place is friendly, if a bit dated.

My room was spacious and clean, with a fridge available to use. The rooms can be a bit noisy; some bathrooms have been renovated, while others still have their original charm. The hotel is functional and has no elevator. Breakfast was simple, with bread, rolls, some fruit, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, and similar basics. It's in the pedestrian zone, with four reservable parking spaces out front. We always used a nearby free parking lot instead. Reception wasn't staffed in the evenings, but the key box worked without any problems for collecting keys.
