The staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and the hotel has good bus and train connections. Rooms are neat but feel dated rather than modern. Breakfast is served alongside a small buffet, and the WiFi is free and works well. It's a simple place with fair prices, plus a few parking spots.

I was impressed that tips go toward social projects in developing countries. The hotel is also conveniently placed, with a tram stop right outside. Even with the window open, the occasional tram, which passed only rarely at night, didn't bother me. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished, the service is attentive and very friendly, and breakfast is excellent. It's a highly recommendable stay at a very good price.
