The apartment's multi-level layout gives it a really distinctive feel. It was very comfortable, with cozy furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The views were breathtaking, especially over the beautifully landscaped garden.

We could hear the main road, though the good windows did a solid job of keeping the noise out. The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable week and a half. We loved the old house's charm and character, the art inside, and the magical garden around it. The kind landlady gave us such a warm welcome that we felt at home right away. The location worked well for getting to destinations nearby. There's a traditional inn with a beer garden within walking distance, and you can set off hiking from the house and quickly reach the lovely forests. It's a wonderful place for a few relaxing days in the Teutoburg Forest, and we highly recommend it.
