Hotel-Pension Haus Hubertus

The lounge was spacious and comfortable, with books, games, and drinks, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. My single room was bright and roomy, with a 140cm bed. The shower room was tiny, but there's another shower by the pool, which is 25 degrees Celsius, and beach towels are provided. The hotel is handy for the city center, station, and beach. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the breakfast room was tastefully decorated. I was completely satisfied, felt at home, and would happily stay again.

We came back in October and had the same apartment. It was lovely to return, and even our dog went straight to the right door :) Our first stay at Haus Hubertus was for a week in mid-March, and we felt at home the whole time. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was furnished in an authentic style. I especially liked the seagull-patterned bed linen. The small sauna was great too, and we could switch it on or off ourselves whenever we wanted. Some improvements were underway during our stay, which gave us the impression that the guesthouse is well cared for. Tim is warm, courteous, and open, and always happy to share useful tips for exploring the island. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night, but all of us enjoyed it and would definitely return. The house is centrally located, just a short walk from the train station, and there's a garden terrace that I'm sure would be lovely for relaxing summer evenings. We had three rooms, all very nice and clean, and the whole house has a charming feel. The host is friendly, explains everything clearly, and has a very endearing cheerful manner. There's even a pool, large enough and at just the right depth for swimming laps. Breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared, and the host takes excellent care of guests.

The team took such good care of us, and I'd love to come back 😀. I stayed at Haus Hubertus from October 28th to November 3rd, 2024. The room was bright and welcoming, and there was a lounge as well as a swimming pool. The breakfast room was lovely, and breakfast was delicious.
