I arrived at the last minute during a long bike trip from the Netherlands, and they let me lock my expensive bike in their bike shed. The service was very personal, with a friendly atmosphere you don't get in big hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and had a bathroom with a bathtub. Breakfast had all the important things, even for me as a vegetarian / vegan. The location is perfect, just a minute's walk from the center. Great value for money, and I'd book again.

We stayed in one of the separate holiday apartments, and it was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The owners helped with all our special reservation requests and our late arrival. The location was convenient too, with most things within walking distance.

We stayed in a clean, cozy apartment. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great. The location was totally fine, within walking distance of both the center and the railway station.

The hotel staff really helped us with the problems caused by our unplanned holiday extension, and even though they were almost fully booked, they found a way to fit us in for an extra night. We first expected to stay two nights, but needed to add one more. We'd been driving from Berlin to Rotterdam when car trouble meant we had to stop in Brandenburg for a while. We called the hotel to check availability, and it was the best choice we could have made. The room was clean, with a big bathroom and a small table we used as a mini office. Brandenburg also surprised us in a good way. Despite the circumstances, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a laugh.

After riding my motorcycle all day, I was cold, and they made me feel very welcome. The owner even put my bike in the courtyard for me. The hospitality was excellent. I'd stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Brandenburg or just passing through.
