We’ve stayed here several times and never had any complaints. The apartments are very clean, nicely and sensibly furnished, and well equipped. They’re centrally located, so it’s easy to get around Braunlage on foot. The landlord is very friendly. Parking can be a bit tricky, but that isn’t the landlord’s fault.

The hot water needed adjusting again and again, which was frustrating when we came back freezing and couldn’t get a hot shower or the heating to work. Final cleaning was expensive, and towels and bed linen cost extra. On the plus side, the landlord was very nice and accommodating. The place was clean and cozy, had soundproof windows, and came with everything we needed.

The hosts were very friendly, and parking was available nearby. The apartment was spotless, modern, and in a perfect location. An excellent place for a vacation.

We stayed from January 27th to 30th, 2023, and would definitely book again. The landlord was very nice, and the location was fairly central, with restaurants, shops, and the train station nearby.
