Breakfast had plenty of choice, and everything was topped up regularly. The room was tidy and clean, with a very comfortable bed and mattress, plus a smart TV. The furnishings are a little dated, though everything worked. A bigger wardrobe would have been nice. The bathroom was well kept, but the water pressure could be better. Check-in at Rosenhof Braunlage was easy, and the contactless key handover worked flawlessly. The outdoor area was fine overall. The play tower and sandbox can still be used, though both could use an update. Some guests left cigarette butts beside the sandbox, which was annoying. That isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would be good if the area were checked and tidied during the day. We were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the hotel. We’d stay there again ourselves.

We were sorry to leave, our lovely time went by much too fast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our three-bed room felt very homelike. Breakfast was delicious, especially the egg station. Having parking right outside was handy, and Wurmberg mountain was only a few minutes away on foot, which was a real plus.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ve already booked again for May. It’s a small hotel that gets things just right. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is good and plentiful. The rooms are spacious and, although not new, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I can highly recommend it.

We had a room with a balcony and absolutely loved it. The rooms are lovely, and both the town center and the hiking trail up Wurmberg mountain are within walking distance. I’d book here again and again.
