Pension - Der Berghof

The location is handy, right by the spa park, with the town center easy to reach on foot. It worked well for outings and relaxed walks. Our room was clean, cleaned daily, and quiet enough that we slept well. The hostess was polite and friendly, though on the reserved side, and perfectly pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was basic but had what we needed. Just don't expect a huge buffet. The furnishings are simple and a little dated, and the TV is a basic model without smart features or streaming logins. If you're after a clean, quiet guesthouse in a good location and don't need luxury, this is a good choice. Honest four out of five stars.

We had a great three-night motorcycle weekend, with the three of us staying in separate rooms. One of us enjoyed it so much that he came back a few weeks later with his wife. There's a garage for the bikes, a generous breakfast, and an open bar for a midnight drink. The landlady gave us a really warm welcome, and the rooms are nice and modern, each with its own shower. We'll return for another long motorcycle weekend, or maybe another time with our wives.

A quiet spot at the edge of town, with everything still within walking distance. The owners were lovely, friendly, and always around when needed. We were happy with both the room and breakfast. Not everything was new, but it was all in good condition. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the room, which was lovely and had a balcony. The owner was so friendly, and breakfast was excellent. When we needed more milk for coffee, they kindly brought some over. Restaurants and other amenities are conveniently close by, as the photos show. Well worth staying here.
