Pension Haus Christa

After nine days here, we left today feeling thrilled with our holiday and will absolutely recommend it to family and friends. The hosts were so friendly, attentive, and helpful, and always had suggestions for things to see nearby. They were well prepared for the current situation too. Breakfast was arranged around each guest's needs in advance, so we wanted for nothing. Thanks so much for everything!

With the COVID-19 restrictions, breakfast was served at the table instead of as a buffet. There was a really good selection, with something for everyone. The hosts were attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd gladly return and recommend the accommodation.

The only small thing we missed during our three breakfasts was spreadable sausage and salami. There was ham and several kinds of cheese, though, plus different spreads and salads on different days. There was also plenty of fruit and juice. The owners are very friendly and dedicated, and easy to talk to. They know what's going on locally and beyond, and always have recommendations. A very nice bed and breakfast.

We felt right at home and will definitely return. The welcoming hosts made a real difference. From the well kept rooms and thoughtful decor throughout Pension Haus Christa to the small but excellent breakfast buffet, everything was comfortable. It's on a quiet side street in Braunlage, with the center and its many restaurants an easy walk away. A great base for hikes around Wurmberg and elsewhere in the Harz.
