We ended up eating out almost the whole time because we didn’t feel safe keeping food in the refrigerator. That was just one part of a stay in an apartment that looked nice at first but turned out to be in very poor shape. Cleaning seemed superficial. The kitchen cupboards and dishes were dirty, there was a thick layer of dust on the bedroom crib, and bathroom rubbish from the previous guests was still there. The hairdryer felt sticky. There was mold in the shower and, more concerning, in the fridge. Smoke detectors were listed in the property details and are required, but none were installed. We raised these problems with the property management company several times. They said they’d passed everything on to the owner, but several weeks after our stay we still hadn’t heard back. A rent concession was offered, but proper communication and an apology should have come with it. We can’t recommend this place.

We'd stay again, even though I found the bed a little too soft for my taste. It's a clean, well-equipped little two-room place.
