Bootsmann

We were on a bike trip and stayed in a tent here. The stay was really nice, and breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

The sanitary facilities were clean and free to use. Staff spoke very little English when we arrived, but we got by. The campsite itself wasn't especially interesting, though maybe it feels different in summer. We were there in September. It was okay overall.

For 65 Euro, I think the room is worth the price. I'd thought it would cost 120 Euro, and changed my review to three stars after the woman told me the actual price. When I left, the card reader wasn't working, so I had to transfer the money through the bank. At 120 Euro, I'd look somewhere else. The room was extremely cramped. There was no room for my luggage, let alone space to walk around the bed. It had no Wi-Fi, desk, fridge, or AC. Breakfast was okay, though this was the first hotel in Germany where I'd been served frozen bread. I should probably have given it the lowest rating, one star.

We stayed two nights at this simple, pleasant place. There isn't much for kids to do, but the showers and toilets were good and clean, and the staff were really great. They helped us find tools to fix our Combi camp, which we appreciated. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.
