Biobetrieb Lippenhof

The kids especially enjoyed the animals, games, and the soccer goal wall by our cabin. We had a wonderful family weekend. Our rooms were beautifully furnished and very clean, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The hosts were the real highlight, so warm and friendly. I’d recommend the farm to anyone wanting a few quiet days to unwind. My room was stylishly and thoughtfully furnished, and it felt like home right away. The terrace opens onto lovely surrounding nature, and I was fortunate to have good weather for walks through the stunning landscape.

We’d happily come back. The cabin was spotless, well equipped, and full of charm, so five stars from us. The beds could be a little wider, and a few more comfortable places to sit in the living room would help, especially since you spend more time indoors when it’s cold. Those are minor quibbles, though.

We’d gladly return. During our seven days with the Kleiser family, the peaceful, welcoming feel of the farm helped us relax from the very first day. Everyone was friendly, and it was easy to get in touch with them whenever we had a question or concern. The apartment was clean, well kept, and had what we needed, with some extra empty storage space for a longer stay. With our two-year-old, it worked especially well as a family holiday apartment. There’s a slide and sandbox, a trampoline, and a big lawn, so we could easily spend a day relaxing there. The lawn also has a handy fire pit with an adjustable chain-link grill, which barbecue fans will appreciate. The children can see plenty around the farm too, including cows, horses, rabbits roaming freely, goats, and Sammy the farm dog. The area is good for long, peaceful walks through the woods and open countryside. Anyone who enjoys quiet, rural surroundings and a farm atmosphere should feel at home here.
