10/10
It's a calm suburban and office area, and the hotel seems suited to business or conference stays. The university is very close, and public transport to the city centre is convenient: about 15 minutes by tram after a 7-minute walk to the stop. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

For a short business trip, the hotel is acceptable, though the value for the money should be better. The room and facilities are basic but okay, and the tub is nice if you want a bath, despite some peeling tiles. There's no bathroom exhaust fan, and the walls and floors are thin, so noise from other rooms is common. Breakfast is standard but exactly the same every day, which could be an issue on a longer stay. Daily upkeep wasn't great either: I had to request basics like towels, coffee capsules and an emptied trash can. They provide only one all-purpose body soap, which I don't think most women will find acceptable.

The restaurant serves good food at breakfast and dinner, and the staff are friendly. Rooms were fresh, modern and very clean, with nice in-room facilities. The hotel is in a quiet suburban area, around 15 minutes by taxi or tram from the central railway station and town centre. My taxi ride cost €15.
